Lemon juice with Black pepper :

Ingredients :

  • Water : 1 glass full
  • Lemon juice : 3 tsp
  • Honey : 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder :1 1/2

Prep time : 10 mins

Process :

  • Add 3 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of honey and 1 1/2 of black pepper powder.
  • Mix it well.
  • Consume it in the morning on empty stomach before breakfast.

Why lemon ?

Lemon contains vitamin c and citrus which helps in good digestion and helps in burning fat. Honey gives complexed skin and black pepper boosts up the metabolism and inturn results in burning fat.

Note : This process is to be followed for 3 mnths. Remove seeds of lemon and black pepper,as they are dangerous.

Cayenne pepper with lemon:

Ingedients :

Prep time : 5 mins

Process :

  • Take a glass of hot water.
  • Add pinch of cayenne pepper and lemon juice’.
  • Stir it well and have it in lukewarm form.

Why cayenne ?

It reduces the apetite, increases the digestion. It contains anti-oxidants like lutein, carotene.

Note : Start with a pinch of pepper to one teaspoonful. continue this process for a month.

Cinnamon tea :

Ingredients :

  • Cinnamon : 1 stick.
  • Water : 8 ounces.

Prep time : 10 mins.

Process :

  • Add 8 ounces of hot water.
  • Place cinnamon stick and let it rest for 15 mins.
  • Steep well before removing from the cup.
  • Strain the water and have it.

Why cinnamon ?

Cinnamon works on the blood sugar levels, which in turn works on the calories and doesnot convert calorie in to fat.

Note : Continue this tea for a month. Take it twice a day before meals.

Ingredients :

  • Cumin seeds : 2 teaspoonsful.

Why apple cidar vinegar?

ACV decreases insulin levels, suppresses appetite, increases metabolism, reduces fat storage.

Note : This must be taken before going to sleep. It is advised to drink ACV through straw rather than directly drinking. The acetic acid may affect teeth.

Curry leaves :

Ingredients :

  • curry leaves : handful.
  • Water : 250 ml.

Prep time : 10 mins

Process :

  • Add curry leaves in it Boil for 10 mins.
  • Let the juice gets settled in the water.
  • After coolling, strain the water.

Ginger and honey :

Ingredients :

  • Ginger : 1 piece
  • Honey : 1-2tsp

Prep time : 10 mins

Process :

  • Take 1 ginger.
  • Grate it and add in one glass of water.
  • Make that water into boiling.
  • Let it cool.
  • Add 2 tsp of honey, stir well.
  • Drink on empty stomach in the morning.

Chia seeds :

Ingredients :

  • Chia seeds : 1 tsp.
  • Lemon : 1/2.
  • Water : 1 glass.

Prep time : 5 mins

Process :

  • Soak 1 tsp chia seeds overnight or.
  • Soak 1 tsp of chia seeds for one hour.
  • Squeeze and add 1/2 lemon juice into it.
  • Stir well.
  • Drink it on empty stomach.

Note : This can be added in buttermilk or lassi. Chia seeds water with honey mix can also be taken.
